The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 300 000 Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities with
effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 08 February 2022, at an issue price of R 68.7211 per
security. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 35 051 693 Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities in issue.
