UPDATE REGARDING THE LISTING OF AREIT PROP ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED
(“THE JSE”)
Investors are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 3 February 2022. The Company
is pleased to advise that it has received an extension from CIPC in relation to the offer and the
Company has also secured the minimum 20% shareholder spread required as a condition for
listing on the Main Board.
The Company is still busy with processing applications from overseas investors. The date of the
listing will be announced in due course once the Company has provided all the required
documentation to the JSE.
