APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, noteholders are
advised that the Board of Directors of Growthpoint resolved to invite Mrs Eileen Wilton to join the Board
as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective 9 February 2022.
Mrs Wilton holds a Post Graduate Diploma, Digital Business and a BCom Economics & Industrial
Psychology. She will Chair the HR & Remuneration Committee and serve as a member of the Risk
Management Committee.
Growthpoint welcomes Eileen to the Board and looks forward to her contribution.
