CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 28 January 2022
wherein they were advised that in compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited of the resignation of Mr Chieh-Fu (Jeff) Chen as well as his alternate
director, Mr Chi-Chang Liu.
In compliance with section 3.84 (c)(iii) with regard to the composition of the Remuneration
committee, shareholders are advised that Ms Melanie Chong (“Melanie”) has been elected
to the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
