SSN096 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited
(“Standard Bank”) will be partially de-listed in the amount of
ZAR50,000,000 (the “Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited
effective 15 February 2022. The partial de-listing of the Note
is due to the fact that Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof,
has repurchased and owns the Redeemed Portion. The remaining
Aggregate Nominal Amount of SSN096 in issue is ZAR25,000,000.
The “pay date” (as such term is defined in the Debt Listings
Requirements) of R25,000,000 was 04 February 2022 and another
ZAR25,000,000 was 08 February 2022.
