Shareholders are advised that Ms Maditshaba Mahlari, the company secretary of Delta, has resigned with
effect from 31 March 2022.
The Company thanks Ms Mahlari for her service to the Company and wishes her well in her new pursuits.
Delta has commenced a process to recruit a new company secretary and will release a further announcement
in due course.
