ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGESG SECURITIES
SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 2 000 000 securities with effect from
the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 38.32 per
security.
Following the listing of the 2 000 000 securities, there will be 19 346 762 SYGESG
securities in issue.
