Investors are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 17 February 2022 (“Announcement”)
relating to the partial delistings of ES33 and ES42 and are advised that the partial delistings will no longer
proceed with effect from 22 February 2022 and the Announcement has therefore been retracted.
