HCI is a 49% shareholder in Impact Oil and Gas Limited
(“Impact”), a UK based oil and gas prospecting private company.
Impact is a 20% participant in Block 2913B, offshore Namibia,
and has announced a light oil discovery in Block 2913B (PEL 56),
offshore Namibia (“Venus-1X discovery”).
HCI shareholders are referred to the press announcements on the
