APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, noteholders are
advised that the Board of Directors of Growthpoint resolved to invite Mr Cliffor d Raphiri to join the
Board as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective 1 March 2022.
Mr Raphiri is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and spent several years at SABMiller holding various
senior operational roles. He was also Chairman of Adcock Ingr am Holdings. Clifford will serve as a
member of the Audit and Social, Ethics and Transformation Committees.
Growthpoint welcomes Mr Raphiri to the Board and looks forward to his contribution .
