CHANGE IN SPONSOR
In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Aveng wishes to advise
that it has, by mutual agreement, replaced UBS South Africa Proprietary Limited with Investec Bank
Limited, who will be the Company’s JSE Equity Sponsor with effect from 1 March 2022.
This follows notice from UBS South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“UBS”) that they will no longer offer
sponsor services and accordingly resign as sponsor to Aveng with effect from 28 February 2022.
