Resignation of Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms. Nondumiso Seshoka has resigned as company secretary of Sea Harvest, effective 31 May 2022.
The Board would like to thank Ms. Seshoka for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
The Company will begin the process of appointing a suitable replacement for Ms. Seshoka and a further
announcement will be made regarding the appointment of a new company secretary in due course.
