Changes to the responsibilities of directors
In accordance with paragraph 6.39(c) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the changes to the
responsibilities of Ms Kemira Esterhuizen. Ms Kemira Esterhuizen was
appointed by the Board to the Information, Communication and Technology
Committee on the 9th March 2022 with effect from the same date. The
aforementioned appointment is to ensure equitable distribution of the
workload of the Committees to enable Board members to serve equitably
in the Committees.
