CHANGE TO DIRECTORATE
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr
Laurie Dippenaar stepped down from the RMI board effective 14 March 2022. In view of the
announcements to unbundle Discovery Limited and Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited and
the sale of RMI’s interest in Hastings Group (Consolidated) Limited, Mr Dippenaar considered it the
appropriate time to retire from the RMI board.
As the last of the founders to leave the RMI board, we pay tribute to Laurie for his immeasurable
contribution, not only to RMI, but also to shaping the financial services landscape in South Africa
over decades.
