Limited, the board of directors of Amber House Fund 2 (RF) Limited (“the Board”) hereby
notifies noteholders of the appointment of Ashley Eaton as the Company Secretary of Amber
House Fund 2 (RF) Limited with effect from 1 March 2022, following the resignation of
Ursula Schei on 28 February 2022.
The Board welcomes Ashley Eaton and looks forward to her contribution towards assisting
the Board in achieving its objectives.
