CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 6.39(c) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, debt investors are advised that Ms
Thuli Manyoha, the financial director of Old Mutual Insure, has resigned effective 31 March 2022 to pursue other
opportunities.
Old Mutual Insure has commenced the process to appoint a new permanent financial director and debt investors
will be advised as soon as the appointment process has been finalised.
The Board thanks Ms Manyoha for her valuable contribution during her tenure.
