NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF QUESTION & ANSWER RELATING TO THE TRANSMISSION UNBUNDLING
Following an Eskom global investor presentation on 18 February 2022 in relation to the unbundling of
Eskom’s transmission business (the “Presentation”), Eskom has published a Q&A on its website in
order to answer certain questions submitted by creditors before, during and after the Presentation.
