NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that MiX Telematics
has received notification from Ian Jacobs that Ian Jacobs' indirect beneficial interest in MiX Telematics is now 5.5% of
MiX Telematics' total issued share capital arising from the acquisition by 786 Partners LP of MiX Telematics American
Depository Shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Ian Jacobs is the managing member of 402 GP LLC which
is the general partner of 786 Partners LP.
