Shareholders are advised that the board of directors (“Board”) has appointed Dr Humphrey Mathe, the current
chairman of the Board and independent non-executive director as an additional member to the Remuneration
Committee (“Committee”), with immediate effect. The Committee now comprises the following members: Ms
Nomavuso Mnxasana (chairperson and independent non-executive director), Ms Zukie Siyotula (lead
independent non-executive director), Ms Kabela Maroga (non-executive director), Mr Eric Mzimela (non-
executive director), and Dr Humphrey Mathe (independent non-executive director).
