Changes to director functions
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders of the Company
are advised that Mr Aaron Daniel Mminele has been appointed a director of Alexander Forbes Investments
Limited (AFIL) with effect from 31 March 2022 and replaced Mr Nigel George Payne as chair of AFIL with
effect from the same day. Mr Payne will remain a director of AFIL, but Messrs David Jacobus de Villiers
and Robert Michael Head resigned as directors of AFIL also with effect from 31 March 2022.
