(Moody's) press release on 6 April 2022 on MTN Group Limited.
Moody’s has affirmed MTN Group Limited's (MTN) Ba2 corporate
family rating (CFR) and repositioned its national scale rating
(NSR) to Aa1.za from Aa2.za, the outlook was changed to stable
from negative. The rating action directly follows the
affirmation of the sovereign rating of South Africa at Ba2 and
change of the outlook to stable from negative on 1 April.
