Change to the board of directors
The Board of Directors of CMH advise that Zee Cele has
announced that she will be retiring as director of CMH with
effect from the annual general meeting on 7 June 2022.
Zee has served as a non-executive director since 2007, and is
a member and chairman, of various Board committees.
Consequential changes to the various board committees will be
announced after the annual general meeting.
Chairman, James Dixon, paid tribute to Zee and thanked her
for her contribution over her 15 years of service.
