DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN PBT GROUP ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, as amended,
(“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that PBT Group has received formal notification in the prescribed form of the
following changes in beneficial interests in its ordinary shares:
- Spalding Investments 10 Proprietary Limited, has increased its beneficial interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest held has increased
from 13.22% to 27% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
- Yonex Investments Proprietary Limited, has decreased its beneficial interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest held has decreased from
13,78% to 0% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
The board of directors of PBT Group (“the Board”) accepts responsibility for the information
contained in this announcement as it pertains to PBT Group. To the best of the Board's
knowledge and belief, the information contained in this announcement is true and nothing has
