In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of
Blue Titanium Conduit (RF) Limited hereby informs noteholders of the resignation of Marc Hearn, at
the meeting convened on Wednesday, 20 April 2022. Marc Hearn’s effective date of resignation
being effective from 22 March 2022, the Board accepted the resignation accordingly.
The Board wishes Mr Hearn all the best with his future endeavors.
