ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGEU SECURITIES
SYGEU has issued and will list an additional 515 461 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 62.34 per security.
Following the listing of the 515 461 securities, there will be 53 538 992
SYGEU securities in issue.
