Resignation of independent non-executive director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders of the
Company are advised that Ms Zanele Joyce Matlala has resigned as an independent non-executive
director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 29 April 2022.
Ms Matlala has cited personal reasons which will prevent her from being available to discharge her
duties as a director as initially envisaged.
The Board regrets that Ms Matlala is leaving the Board and wishes her all the best for the future.
