The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) wishes to advise shareholders of the early retirement of
Michael Richard Berry, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Wescoal Trading Proprietary Limited (“Wescoal
Trading”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Salungano Group, with effect from 31 May 2022, as a consequence of
ill health.
The Board appreciates Mr Berry’s contribution to the Company over the past 25 years and wishes him the best
in his future endeavours.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr Thivhafuni Tshithavhane has been appointed to act as Chief Executive
Officer of Wescoal Trading until further notice.
