SHAREHOLDER UPDATE – STATUS OF LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE GROUP
Shareholders are referred to the previous SENS of the quarterly update regarding
the production hold of Ukusekela:
1. The board has started negotiations with Alvero in order to finalise the
regulatory aspects of the SAHPRA licensing requirements in order for the production
to continue at Ukusekela.
These negotiations and administration work are expected to be completed
before the end May 2022.
Further notifications of the progress of these negotiations will follow in due
course.
