TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Company's distributable income for the six months ended 31 March 2022 ("HY2022")
will be R55 125 732, being a decrease of 6.5% when compared to the distributable income for the six months ended
31 March 2021 ("HY2021") of R58 931 715.
The board of directors has accordingly resolved to declare a dividend for HY2022 of 13.16350 cents per share for
HY2022, whilst no dividend was declared for HY2021. The dividend is in line with the Company's dividend pay-out
ratio of 75% of distributable income.
The financial information contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company's
auditors. Indluplace's results for HY2022 will be released on 18 May 2022. A virtual presentation will be held at 11h00
