CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Following the Company’s recent migration to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (“Luxembourg”), the
board of directors is pleased to announce that Mr Philippe Vanderhoven, Head of Corporate Services
at Fiduciare Jean-Marc Faber in Luxembourg, has been appointed as company secretary of NEPI
Rockcastle with effect from 17 May 2022. Mr Vanderhoven replaces Cornelius Eduard Cassell, who
has served as NEPI Rockcastle’s Company Secretary since its listing in 2017.
The board of directors welcomes Mr Vanderhoven to the role and thanks Mr Cassell for his service.
