CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: LISTING OF NEW FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16 May 2022 (the previous
announcement), in relation to the listing of a new financial instrument notification on the FRC403 notes.
The Issuer wishes to notify the FRC403 noteholders that the nominal issued amount and accordingly
the total notes in issue under the programme contained in the previous announcement were incorrect.
The correct nominal issued amount for FRC403 notes and the total notes in issue under the programme,
as at the date of signature of the FRC403 pricing supplement, are ZAR 391 722 846.00 and ZAR 28
912 534 399.30, respectively.
