information purposes only in respect of Letshego Holdings Limited’s Note
Programme.
NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Letshego Holdings Limited ("LHL" I “The Company” I "the Group" I "Letshego") was
incorporated in 1998, is headquartered in Gaborone and has been publicly listed
on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2002. Letshego is an inclusive
finance organisation, driven by its digital-first vision to achieve a marked
social impact within its 11 subsidiaries across sub-Saharan Africa.
In lieu of the Group’s current Company Secretary, Group Compliance Officer and
Group AML Compliance officer currently serving suspension notice and pending the
outcome of an independent disciplinary process, the Group affirms the current
interim appointments for these key roles as follows:
Effective immediately and for the interim period until the conclusion of due
disciplinary processes, Ms Lebogang Rathedi will serve as Interim Group Company
Secretary and Mr. Legae Moetedi will serve as Interim Group Compliance Officer
and Interim Group Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
