Change to title of a Board Member
Stefanutti Stocks shareholders (“shareholders”) are referred to the financial results announcement
released on 27 May 2021 wherein they were advised that due to the critical importance of the ongoing
implementation of the Restructuring Plan, and in order to devote the required time and resource to this
process, Antonio Cocciante (“Antonio”) would step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer and
executive director, effective 31 May 2021 until such time that the plan has been fully implemented.
During this implementation period, Yolanda du Plessis (“Yolanda”) was appointed as Acting Chief
Financial Officer and executive director with effect from 1 June 2021.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that Yolanda has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 20 May
2022.
Antonio will continue focusing on the implementation of the Restructuring Plan.
