NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Calgro M3 hereby notifies debt holders that it has publicly released its audited annual financial
statements (“Calgro M3 AFS”) for the year ended 28 February 2022 on 16 May 2022. The Calgro M3
AFS are available on the Issuer’s website at https://www.calgrom3.com/index.php/investors/annual-
reports and for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office at Calgro M3 Building, Ballywoods Office
Park, 33 Ballyclare Drive, Bryanston, Johannesburg, 2021 (“Registered Office”).
In addition, the audited annual financial statements of the Issuer’s guarantor, Calgro M3
Developments Limited, for the year ended 28 February 2022 (“Calgro M3 Developments AFS”) are
also available for inspection at the Issuer’s Registered Office.
The audit reports relating to the Calgro M3 AFS and Calgro M3 Developments AFS are unqualified.
