APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors
of Adcorp (“Board”) wishes to advise that Dr Phumla Mnganga, who is currently an independent non-
executive director of Adcorp, has been appointed as the lead independent director of the Company with
effect from 26 May 2022.
Dr Mnganga was appointed to the Adcorp Board in 2018 and is currently serving as the chairperson of
the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee and a member of the Human Capital Committee. She
also serves on a number of boards of other JSE listed companies.
The Board congratulates Dr Phumla Mnganga and looks forward to her continued contribution to the
Company.
