APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY EXECUTIVE
Shareholders are advised that Ms Wyna Modisapodi has been appointed as Company Secretary Executive of Attacq
with effect from 2 June 2022 and will replace Ms Bronwyn Baker who has been interim company secretary.
Ms Modisapodi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and is an admitted attorney. She is an accomplished legal and
governance expert with experience working at executive level across multiple industries, having advised extensively
in corporate, commercial, banking, tax, pension and insurance law. Prior to joining Attacq, Ms Modisapodi served as
the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary for Etion Limited.
The board welcomes Ms Modisapodi to the Attacq team and looks forward to her contribution to the company.
