Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 11 April 2022 regarding a circular
incorporating a share consolidation, an increase in authorised share capital, a company name
change , appointment of directors and approval of non-executive directors remuneration which was
distributed to shareholders on 11 April 2022.
Due to a delay in the registering of the special resolutions by CIPC the timetable included in the
said announcement has been delayed. A new timetable will be announced once the special
resolutions have been registered by CIPC.
