UPDATE: SECONDARY LISTING OF SOUTHERN PALLADIUM ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE
LIMITED
Further to the announcements published on SENS on, inter alia, 22 April 2022 and 24 May 2022, the Company
is pleased to confirm that:
- the JSE Limited (JSE) has granted a secondary listing of the ordinary shares of the Company (the Shares)
on the Main Board subject to the primary listing of the Shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX);
- Southern Palladium was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Monday, 6 June 2022; and
- accordingly, the Shares will commence trading on the ASX (11:00AM AEST) and on the JSE (09:00) on
Wednesday, 8 June 2022.
