POTENTIAL AUTOMATIC OPTION EXPIRY ON 06 JUNE 2022
Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby notifies holders of
the option expiry on 06 June 2022 (see the related securities above).
On 06 June 2022 (the Valuation Date), the conditions for expiry were met and the option expired on 06 June 2022. The
Put Option Strike Price of the Put exceeded the Final Reference Amount on the Expiry Date and the Put Option was
automatically exercised as the put expired in the money. As a result, the Holders will sell the Holder Underlying Securities
to the Issuer and the equivalent Put Strike Price of R28,212.8000 per SPIB31 will automatically accrue to the Holder via
instruction through STRATE on 13 June 2022.
