In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Hall
has been appointed as the chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee and Mesdames Walljee, Roji-
Maplanka and Conrad have been appointed as members of the Social and Ethics Committee of the company
with immediate effect.
Following these appointments, the Social and Ethics Committee is constituted as follows:
• A Hall (Chairman)
• T Walljee
• F Roji-Maplanka
• A Conrad
