CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of Afristrat
(“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Yvonne Maitin (“Yvonne”) has resigned as an independent non-
executive director with effect from 7 June 2022, due to her other work commitments.
The Board thanks Yvonne for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
