CHANGE TO THE BOARD – APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHAIRMAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 April 2022, wherein it was advised
that the Chairman of the board of directors of Acsion (“the Board”) had resigned.
Further to the above and in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
Acsion hereby notifies its shareholders that Dr David Sekete has been appointed as Acting Chairman of
the Board, with effect from 22 May 2022.
