NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE CREDIT RATING OF THE GUARANTOR
Noteholders are advised that Moody's Investors Service (“Moody’s”), has on 6 April 2022 affirmed
Bidvest Group Limited’s (the “Guarantor”) corporate family rating (“CFR”) at Ba2 and repositioned the
national scale rating (NSR) to Aaa.za from Aa1.za. The rating outlook changed from negative to stable.
The rating action by Moody’s directly follows the affirmation of the sovereign rating of South Africa at
Ba2 and change of the outlook to stable from negative on 1 April 2022.
