WITHDRAWAL OF THE REQUEST FOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE FRS222 NOTEHOLDERS
FRS222 noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 May 2022, in relation to the notice
of request for written consent of the FRS222 and FRS227 noteholders for the extension of the maturity dates of the
respective notes (the consent request). The issuer wishes to notify the FRS222 noteholders that the consent request
has been withdrawn, due to the repurchase of the FRS222 notes by the issuer. The consent request will remain in
place for the FRS227 noteholders.
