DISCLOSURE OF SECURITIES HELD BY SANLAM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT (PTY) LTD
In accordance with section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
had received formal notification in the prescribed form from Sanlam Investment Management (Pty) Ltd
(“Sanlam”), acting as agent of its clients, confirming that it had acquired a beneficial interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total of all beneficial interests held by Sanlam on behalf
of its clients, in securities of KAP of that class amounted to 10% of the total issued ordinary shares of
the Company.
Shareholders are further advised that, on the first subsequent business day, Sanlam, acting as agent
of its clients reduced the interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company held by Sanlam on behalf of its clients, amounted to 9.99% of the
total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
