Services (South Africa) Limited hereby notifies noteholders that Ms. Anushuya Gounden will resign
as a non-executive director of the board of TFS with effect from 30 September 2022 to pursue
personal interests.
The board thanks Ms. Gounden for her service and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
