CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Greg Booyens has been appointed as a non-executive director of
Transcend with immediate effect. Greg previously served as an alternate director to Geoff Jennet, a
non-executive director of Transcend.
Greg is a qualified CA (SA) with over 15 years’ experience in finance and operations management, 9 of
which have been in the South African listed property sector. Greg completed his articles at PKF in South
Africa and thereafter spent eight years in the United Kingdom where he gained experience in the
financial services sector. Greg joined Emira Property Fund Limited (“Emira”) on 1 January 2016 and is
currently the Chief Financial Officer of Emira.
The board of directors of Transcend welcomes Greg in his new role and looks forward to his
contribution to the Company.
