CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Motus has issued a letter of intent (“the Offer”) for the potential acquisition of 100%
of the shares in an Aftermarket Parts business for cash, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect
on the price of the Company’s securities.
The Offer, which is subject to certain conditions, is aligned to the strategic intent of Motus to expand its Aftermarket
Parts operations in jurisdictions in which Motus operates.
Shareholders are cautioned that there is no certainty at this stage that the Offer will lead to a formal transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
