GRANT OF MINING RIGHT – NUCO CHROME
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 23 July 2019, 17 October 2019 and
5 July 2021 (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) relating to the acquisition of the
sale equity in Thatswana Co (“Nuco Chrome”).
The board of directors of Bauba is pleased to announce that Nuco Chrome has been granted a mining right,
which is valid for a period of 8 (eight) years (“Mining Right”).
The Mining Right commenced on 3 June 2022 and will end on 2 June 2030. This will allow for the mining of
Chrome, Cobalt, Copper, Gold, Nickel and Platinum Group Metals on Portions of the farm Kookfontein 265
JQ and Boschfontein 268, JQ situated in the magisterial district of Rustenburg. The Mining Right was
notarially executed on 23 June 2022.
