CANCELATION OF LOOP STREET AND FORETRUST SALES AGREEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 April 2022, wherein the
Company announced the extension of the sales agreement for the sale of the Foretrust and Loop Street
properties from 12 April 2022 to 30 June 2022. This extension was granted to allow the purchaser,
Stonehill Property Group Limited (“Stonehill”), additional time to fulfil the conditional precedents due to
the complex nature of the transaction.
The Board or Directors of Texton would like to inform shareholders that Stonehill was not able to fulfil
the conditions precedents. As such, Shareholders are informed that the sales agreement has lapsed.
